Landscaping & exteriors
Boundary walls, driveways, elevation treatment, lawns and outdoor lighting completed alongside the main structure so the house is ready to occupy.
Renovation & extensions
Interior remodeling, roof repair, additional floors and modernization of existing homes, planned around your occupancy.

We review the plot, drawings and your finishing expectations, then issue a line-item costing with no hidden allowances.

Schedule and mobilization
Milestones are fixed before work starts and the civil team, materials and supervision are mobilized against that schedule.

Tracked execution
Every milestone, material delivery and man-hour is logged digitally, so progress and spend stay visible week to week.

Snagging and handover
Final finishes are inspected, defects closed out and the house handed over with the completed record of works.

- Do you offer grey structure only?
- Yes. You can take a grey structure package and complete finishing separately, or hand us the full turnkey scope.
- How is cost controlled during construction?
- Costing is agreed line by line before mobilization, and materials and labour are recorded against milestones so variations are visible rather than discovered at the end.
- Which areas of Lahore do you build in?
- We work across Lahore and take projects elsewhere in Pakistan — share the location and we will confirm during the site visit.
